What to Expect

We’ll begin with an initial consultation: a relaxed conversation to get to know each other. You’ll tell me a little about yourself and experience your first short hypnosis so you can get a sense of how it feels to work this way. This session is a starting point, not a commitment. And here’s the best part: you only pay for it if you decide to continue. That way, you can check in with yourself and choose what feels right.

First meeting usually lasts 60 minutes
Next hypnotherapy session is booked for the following week

This gives me time to prepare your plan and the first script with care and intention.

How It Works

Hypnotherapy is a collaboration. You bring your willingness and curiosity. I provide tools and calm space where you can feel seen and safe. Together, we work with your subconscious — the part of you that holds onto old patterns, even when they no longer serve you. The number of sessions depends on what you want to work on, but most people see noticeable shifts within 4 to 6 sessions.
