I bring together evidence-based hypnotherapy, deep presence, and intuitive, trauma-aware support. My approach is gentle. There is no rush. No pressure. No fixing. We’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and help your body, mind, and heart begin to shift in their own time.

Like any ethical therapist, I can’t promise a miracle or guarantee specific outcomes. But I can promise to meet you with honesty, care, and deep respect for the pace of your process. My aim is to help you leave feeling a little more like yourself, and a little safer being that person.
