Confidentiality

Your privacy and trust are extremely important to me. Everything you share during our sessions is treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality. I will never share your personal information or anything you disclose in therapy unless:
I am required to do so by law (e.g. if there is a risk of serious harm to you or someone else, or in cases involving safeguarding or criminal activity).

I am discussing aspects of your case anonymously with my professional supervisor. Supervision is a standard ethical practice that helps ensure the best possible care, and your identity is always protected. All client records are securely stored in accordance with data protection laws (see [Privacy Policy] for full details).

If you have any questions about confidentiality, I’ll be happy to talk it through before or during your session.
